Description

This book of Six Voluntarys for the Organ or Harpsichord contains multi movement voluntaries in a baroque style similar to the works of English composers like John Stanley and Maurice Greene, and as was common for the English instruments of the time contain no pedal parts making them equally suitable for harpsichord and piano. Though the number of movements vary, each contains an opening slow movement and a concluding fugue along with many having additional pieces as well.
