Description
The tale of a mayor trying to keep his city crime free is complicated when his best friend, Steven Brooks betrays him in attempts to overthrow the local government and law officials and restore order to the chaotic city known as Lore. Tricked into a harmless experiment to correct his vision, mayor Robert Connors suddenly gains the ability to blast a ray of light causing temporary blindness courtesy of Dr. Brooks. As two differing ideals clash as to how to rebuild the proud city of Lore, Robert Connors finds himself at a crossroads of tempering his new found powers and fending off villains that get thrills off of kills.
