Bill Partin has worked on the philosophy ever since becoming interested in leadership in his late-20s, when he began reading everything he could about leadership. Bill studied many different leaders, including Walt Disney.

DisneyÕs vision, creativity, and relentless passion inspired Partin to learn all he could about leadership. At age forty-five, he began working for DisneyÕs credit union, Partners FCU in Southern California.

There, he had a chance to get an up close and personal view of how Disney put his passion to work. Within eight years, heÕd climbed to the number two spot at the credit union.

Partin was a cast member with a silver pass, living his dream life. The kids were grown and out of the house and he and his wife had their perfect home.

But then life threw a curveball, and Partin had the chance to become the CEO of Sharonview Federal Credit Union on the other side of the country.
