Frank was born with dwarfism, and is a writer, public speaker, musician and artist who wants to make a difference. His mother always taught him that life was meant to be lived to the fullest, no matter the obstacles that present themselves. Growing up, feeling sorry for himself was NEVER an option.
Many of the stories in this book are presented as just one personÕs experiences living with a disability. They are not meant to be considered Òthe truthÓ, but rather to stir up conversations – as in ÒYeah! That happened to me too!Ó or ÒHmm, I never thought of it that way.Ó Other stories are just meant to be fun, or make you feel warm and fuzzy inside, because life is serious enough as it is.
Most of all, Frank hopes this book shows everyone that disability is mostly an illusion. What we achieve in life is determined more by our will than by our body.
