Description

Casina’s friend Steve sends her on further adventures which this time, propel her into The Future no less. The Earth has been struck by a catastrophe that has poisoned the atmosphere and the soil.She steps through the Time Portal and hears the sound of a girl crying. Calling out, the frightened face of a little girl with green eyes peers out at her from behind a bush. Soon they are happily eating peanut butter sandwiches together. Casina explains she has to find a circle of standing stones and can Tallulah – for that is the girl’s name – help? Tallulah says she can and they set off following the course of a dry river bed.
Casina meets the magical Mr Hat in the middle of a vast flat desert which turns out to be the floor of an empty lake. How to refill it? Mr Hat has an idea…
As Casina is stepping through the Portal outside the restaurant La Luna to meet the Man in the Moon, she is unexpectedly joined by a small friend who shares the adventure.
