Description
This publication is a facsimile reproduction of issues 1 to 14 of the journals of the Cave Radio & Electronics Group (CREG), which were originally issued between Autumn 1988 and December 1993 as ISSN 1361-4800. CREG is a UK-based special interest group of the British Cave Research Association and is probably the world’s leading organisation of its kind. Its aims are to encourage the development and use of radio communication and other electronic and computer equipment in caving and related activities. The Group was established in 1987 and, in 2011, celebrated its 25th year and its 75th published journal. Its followers include cavers, radio amateurs, electronic engineers and professional & industrial organisations. The British Cave Research Association (bcra.org.uk) is a registered charity, and a constituent body of the British Caving Association, undertaking charitable activities on behalf of BCA.
