Joan Mason is the sometimes girlfriend of Dan Garrett, aka The Blue Beetle. She doesn’t know his secret identity, despite her skills and reputation as an ace reporter for various newspapers in the metro area. Joan Mason, always dressed in red and set for a night on the town or down the dark alleyways, appeared in many Blue Beetle stories, but also had her own successful comic series from 1944-1950. These are some of her solo adventures, collected for the first time in print!
