An autobiography of Joseph Farrugia. Stories growing up in a Maltese community in Tunis, North Africa. Goes into great detail on how life was like living as a Maltese immigrant family in Tunis, North Africa in the early 1930’s. Includes his experiences as a teeenager as World War II hit Tunis, and his exodus from Tunis by joining the British Navy. Ends up with his experiences in England where he finally layed down his roots to start and raise his family.
Also gives an account of his pilgrimage adventure to Santiago de Compestella after he retired from work
