OSD/AS&C Open Technology Development Report – Full-Color Edition

Description

Open Technology Development (OTD) is an ongoing effort to transition technology de-velopment practices towards Open Standards Interfaces, wider adoption of Open Source Software, and Open Collaborative development techniques. Following the rec-ommendations of various government studies, the OTD transition program will focus on implementing these changes within AS&C through the ACTDs and JCTDs. Activities will include providing support for transitioning the metrics and review process within the AS&C, providing support to individual ACTDs and JCTDs, and providing coordination external offices on related policy issues. The OTD team will coordinate with supporting agencies and resources to implement these practices.
