Why Real estate?
Let me declare that God is no longer making new land; rather, He is just making new land buyers. With 130 million infants born each year, it can be said that there is a bigger demand than there is supply, favoring those who own real estate.
You might object to how I conducted my statistical analysis by claiming that since deaths also occur, the data cancel one another out, but you would be demonstrably mistaken. You must understand that while the UNICEF statistics I provided above state that 130 million babies are born each year, Quora claims that only half as many people die. This means that there are still 65 million more people than the 7 billion who were already occupying the planet at the time this book was written, which results in a 65 million increase in land buyers each year. That’s enormous, frightening, and delicious for people like me who supply the land.
In terms of land, demand is high and availability is dwindling as a result of the fact that it is actually getting smaller due to rising sea levels. When I learned those numbers, I made the decision to supply. You now have it. Simple Money!
You now know why I work in real estate. In a word, the low supply and high demand for real estate are what brought me there.
