Description
This volume contains the recipes of a Southern People cut off on all sides from the normal avenues of trade. They had to try and normalize their lives by finding ways to make foods using substitutes that they had around them. Those recipes are hereby drawn together and published for survivalists, preppers and anyone interested in the subject. There are also some good regular Southern Recipes from before depridatioins the war.
