IÕm calling this current book a Òprequel,Ó because IÕve chosen essays from the last six years of web-logging that show my thinking concerning education. These old posts repeat certain ideas and themes that will serve as a foundation for my new book — ÒPublic Education, 2030, In Kettering, OhioÓ — that I want to publish by June.
