THE PENGUIN appeared in 16 consecutive issues of WOW COMICS (Bell Features) from 1943-1946. When the title ended with issue #30, the character (sort of) appeared in one more story Ð the secret identity of THE PENGUIN was revealed and he was now the Blue Raven (Slam Bang Comics #7 Ð 1946).
