He is forced into a showdown with two bullying school mates who test his will and courage. He must choose between doing what is right and keeping his dignity. The only friend he has is a special tree that he believes is magical.
Truly, this tree is magical in a sense it provides Jacob with the strength he needs to get through life’s journey.
