Now through the magic of copying and on-demand printing this book is available to all and especially to MargaretÕs grandchildren, Jennifer, Jessica, Neal, Chris, and Amy, and also her great-grandchildren Samantha, Jack, Claire, Leah, Fede, Ella, Eli, Tian, and Frankie.
