Description
In the final years before the Comics Code, horror comics enjoyed the freedom to stretch the boundaries of convention, and some would say good taste. WEIRD ADVENTURES took full advantage of those unencumbered days, and in a short three-issue series (1951) brought some of more mind-bending horror comics, with She-Wolf killers, bondage, severed heads and other youth-destroying topics. These were, from a horror-standpoint, the good ol’ days, and Midcentury Comics helps to preserve that history with the first complete stand-along collection of WEIRD ADVENTURES in print!
