Description

Wyatt Berry Stapp Earp (1848-1929) is one the West’s largest legends Ð known as a buffalo hunter, stagecoach driver, prospector, and lawman, he lived the life that made the American West celebrated for generations since. He fought outlaws, and also later in life became the inspiration for such cowboy stars as Tom Mix and John Wayne. Wyatt Earp enjoyed many great comic book series, including long runs from Dell and Charlton. His adventures were also presented here-and-there in various Golden Age comics even before those days, going back to 1937, just a few years after Earp’s passing. It’s important to note that the legend only intersects with reality at certain points and for a short time, but the flavor of his life is still there. The stories in this volume come from:
